Our commitment

Milestone Pre-K wants parents, caregivers, and educators with disabilities to be able to use the Service. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as a practical reference for design and improvement.

Accessibility priorities

Our current priorities include:

• Keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
• Semantic headings, landmarks, buttons, and meaningful labels;
• Sufficient text and interface contrast;
• Text resizing and responsive reflow;
• Clear instructions and status messages;
• Text alternatives for meaningful visual content;
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences; and
• Printable, high-contrast checklist content.

Known limitations

No accessibility approach meets every user need. Some external resources linked from the Service are outside our control and may not provide the same level of accessibility. Browser support for installable and offline features also varies.

If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact us. Include the page or feature, what happened, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—your browser, device, and assistive technology. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue and provide an accessible alternative where feasible.
